For your child’s heirloom photo session, choose simple, classic clothing in soft, neutral tones like pastels, whites, or earth tones. Avoid busy patterns or logos.

How long will the session last?

Your child’s heirloom photo session will last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your child's comfort and how the session is progressing. We keep it relaxed to ensure natural smiles & a good time!

What age is best for a Heirloom Photo Session?

The best age for photos is typically between 2 and 10 years old, as children in this age range are able to express their personalities while still capturing the innocence and wonder of childhood. However, I love working with children of all ages and can tailor the session to suit your child’s stage.

Do you travel to locations outside of your studio?

Yes, I do offer on-location sessions and can bring my equipment to you for a more personalized experience. There is a $75 travel fee to cover the setup and travel time. This allows us to capture your child's portraits in a setting more comfortable for them!

What happens if my child doesn't want to cooperate during the session?

If your child isn't cooperating, no worries! I create a relaxed, fun environment and use gentle encouragement to help them feel comfortable. We’ll take breaks if needed, and still capture authentic, meaningful photos that reflect their personality.
